30. The How-to articles page was a little confusing at first. Lots of info that didn't seem relevant such as Start Publishing and Hits
31. the link to the BBB from thesiding coupon is "X'ed out". The link worked, but the photo or logo image did not.
32. in the ABOUT US - the text is CENTERED - it would be easier to read and more pleasing to the eye if it were LEFT ALIGNED
33. No
34. Yes. The bullets on the About Us section were slightly misaligned and I don't fully understand the "Your concerns for the company you choose, prompts these questions:" sentence. It is confusing to me. Consider rewording the sentence and perhaps include some body copy for each of the six headings mentioning why each heading is important, what are the ideal standards to be looking for, etc and then follow up with the bullet points showing how NEC addresses these concerns.

60. Some of your bullet points in the about us are not very clear under the Labor and in the Service headings. Are you saying that everybody on the labor crew has been with them for 14 years? Then what are you trying to say with "24 to 36 Hour (Full Time)" this makes no sense.
61. The site is very well done, the pictures are very clear, navigation is easy, and I like that you used frames because all of the pertinent contact information is right there and I do not have to go back and forth. Also, the site search is an excellent feature and gives you another way of navigating the site.
