.Tue, 10/23/07 12:12 AMNo
.Tue, 10/23/07 12:19 AMNo it was very clear!
.Tue, 10/23/07 12:25 AMNo the site is pretty clear and easy to navigate.
.Tue, 10/23/07 12:29 AMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:15 AMno. it was great. i liked it.
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:25 AMInitially trying to find the product samples, I went into manufacturers section but since I don't know the different manufacturers it would have been more helpful to be in photo group of sample types (perhaps one photo representing each category).
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:43 AMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:44 AMThe logos for the products. Too many, but I understand the need and the value of the brand name recognition. Personbal preference would be an alphabetized list for ease and quickness to find.
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:23 AMNo. It was simple.
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:35 AMNO
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:33 AMnot at all
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:38 AMIt's three clicks in to view some carpet samples. The second click is the manufacturer, I don't think that's very intuitive. The next click is by collection, if I'm not familiar with the mfg, then I'll be less familiar with collections. The price of the rugs being $0. I thought this was just because you were still working on the site. It wasn't clear until I read the FAQ. This info could be closer to the products.
.Tue, 10/23/07 10:13 AMNo
.Tue, 10/23/07 12:47 PMNope. It was pretty straight forward.
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:15 PMno very easy. My only problem is that I have dial up and it takes so long.
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:26 PMNothing seemed confusing at all. Easy navigation and great layout. Easy to locate calls to action.
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:26 PMno, I thought it was very clean and easy to navigate
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:29 PMNear the top it says "Click here to start picking out runner samples for your FREE in-home appointment!", but there's nothing to click. Unless you mean to direct people to the button below the line. May it should say "Click the START BROWSING" button to..."
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:30 PMI like the rollover tabs, but the photo gallery drop down transition seemed a little funky.
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:30 PMThe carpets were defined by brand name, which is confusing to me as i would not know what to look for - i would prefer - color, size, pattern
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:43 PMI assume this site is still under construction, thus the $0 cost for things going into the shopping cart ... or do appointments need to be set to discuss size, etc.?
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:44 PMShopping by collection might be easier with thumbnails, to get to a style easier
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:44 PMThe two different product searches. I think you only need the second because it was more refined?
.Tue, 10/23/07 1:50 PMno; one of the best sites I've seen in a long time
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:00 PMThe tagline: "The Stair Runner Store." When I saw it in the email I thought it was for gym equipment. See: http://www.follisinc.com/tag.htm
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:05 PMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:06 PMOn the About Us page - the "fuzzy" pdf logo does not work - it does not load clearly and and detracts fromt eh site.
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:08 PMNO
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:22 PMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:27 PMThere were some rugs that were the same code number (shown twice) next to each other and I did not understand the reason for the duplication- hope I am not confusing with this comment
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:32 PMNo
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:39 PMNo it all made sense...
.Tue, 10/23/07 2:47 PMI did not know if I would have greater access to the site if I registered...the login on the screen was not clearly explained to the first time user/visitor to the site.
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:00 PMI was surprised that the name of the store was something other Stair Runner Store. When the second photo showed a rug placed in what looked like a living room) between the couches, I looked back at the title of the page, and then I saw the logo to the left that tells the store's real name.
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:21 PMName of firm does not stand out against dark background. Maybe it could be larger, certainly brighter.
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:22 PMNo
.Tue, 10/23/07 3:27 PMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 4:26 PMNo, very straightforward. The images loaded a little slow on the vendor links but there is a ton of information to load.
.Tue, 10/23/07 4:59 PMNo.....I liked the close up pictures...showed detail of designs
.Tue, 10/23/07 5:26 PMWhen I click product selection, all the price is $0 dollars. Does this mean all the samples are free?
.Tue, 10/23/07 5:36 PMthe log on had me a little confused. it draws the eye and i missed seeing the tabls along the top of the pages.
.Tue, 10/23/07 5:40 PMFirst time I clicked on "Read more" in regards to copy on first page, I didn't realize it would just add to the current page and not switch to another page, so I clicked "Read more" a second time. After clicking on a manufacturer, I expected to see photos of carpets, but still had to click one more time on collections - just felt like I was clicking through alot of pages
.Tue, 10/23/07 6:09 PMWhy aren't they selling online?
.Tue, 10/23/07 6:12 PMIt was easy to navigate. The reason I wrote "above average" is because with my job, I have to be excruciatingly methodical and logical, and so what is intuitive for me is not intuitive for most. That is, people in my field think and act a bit differently than most. So, I'm not your typical person.
.Tue, 10/23/07 6:12 PMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 6:13 PMNo, but I did not use the shopping cart..
.Tue, 10/23/07 6:28 PMNo
.Tue, 10/23/07 7:41 PMno
.Tue, 10/23/07 7:46 PMNo, very well stated and helpful FAQ
.Tue, 10/23/07 8:09 PMChoice of photos in before and after have, in some cases, a peculiar perspective that I would not have used.
.Tue, 10/23/07 8:41 PMI didn't expect Product Selection to lead to brand names.
.Tue, 10/23/07 9:07 PMIt wasn't immediately clear that this is a Connecticut company and that if I live in Texas and my runner will be installed by an owner that there may be a problem.
.Tue, 10/23/07 9:55 PMIt took me a minute to realize that the "more information" button actually brought up more information at the bottom of the page. On the product selection page, it would be nice to immediately go to the drop down selector. The first selection could be the manufactuer but it wasn't apparent to me (at first) that I actually didn't have to search by manufacturer since that was so prominent and the search options were not as "visible".
.Wed, 10/24/07 2:04 AMit was very simple, and very easy to use
.Wed, 10/24/07 3:10 AMI CLICKED ON THE ICON, RUG ONE IMPORTS. THERE WAS 1 SELECTION OFFERED, THE MANCHESTER COLLECTION.IS THERE SUPPOSE TO BE DOUBLE PHOTOS OF THE SAME RUG?
.Wed, 10/24/07 11:31 AMNo, very clear.
.Wed, 10/24/07 8:15 PMNothing to do with the site.
.Wed, 10/24/07 11:59 PMNone.
.Thu, 10/25/07 2:04 AMno
.Thu, 10/25/07 2:48 PMNo
.Thu, 10/25/07 6:20 PMNo
.Thu, 10/25/07 8:40 PMNo
.Mon, 10/29/07 2:22 PMno
.Tue, 10/30/07 2:16 PM(May have been a loading/connection fluke but...) GIANT gif buttons where the client chooses to either email, print, or view the page as a PDF file the page. Seen after clicking on "read more" off the home page.
